GIMP PGM File Parsing Uninitialized Memory Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GIMP. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of PGM files. The issue results from the lack of proper initialization of memory prior to accessing it. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-28158.
CVE-2026-27194 2 Man, Man-group 2 D-tale, Dtale 2026-04-17 9.8 Critical
D-Tale is a visualizer for pandas data structures. Versions prior to 3.20.0 are vulnerable to Remote Code Execution through the /save-column-filter endpoint. Users hosting D-Tale publicly can be vulnerable to remote code execution allowing attackers to run malicious code on the server. This issue has been fixed in version 3.20.0.
CVE-2026-27206 1 Zumba 1 Json-serializer 2026-04-17 8.1 High
Zumba Json Serializer is a library to serialize PHP variables in JSON format. In versions 3.2.2 and below, the library allows deserialization of PHP objects from JSON using a special @type field. The deserializer instantiates any class specified in the @type field without restriction. When processing untrusted JSON input, this behavior may allow an attacker to instantiate arbitrary classes available in the application. If a vulnerable application passes attacker-controlled JSON into JsonSerializer::unserialize() and contains classes with dangerous magic methods (such as __wakeup() or __destruct()), this may lead to PHP Object Injection and potentially Remote Code Execution (RCE), depending on available gadget chains in the application or its dependencies. This behavior is similar in risk profile to PHP's native unserialize() when used without the allowed_classes restriction. Applications are impacted only if untrusted or attacker-controlled JSON is passed into JsonSerializer::unserialize() and the application or its dependencies contain classes that can be leveraged as a gadget chain. This issue has been fixed in version 3.2.3. If an immediate upgrade isn't feasible, mitigate the vulnerability by never deserializing untrusted JSON with JsonSerializer::unserialize(), validating and sanitizing all JSON input before deserialization, and disabling @type-based object instantiation wherever possible.
CVE-2026-21708 1 Veeam 1 Backup And Recovery 2026-04-17 N/A
A vulnerability allowing a Backup Viewer to perform remote code execution (RCE) as the postgres user.
CVE-2026-21665 1 Fiserv 1 Originate Loans Peripherals (formerly Velocity Services) -- Print Service Component 2026-04-17 N/A
The Print Service component of Fiserv Originate Loans Peripherals (formerly Velocity Services) in unsupported version 2021.2.4 (build 4.7.3155.0011) uses deprecated .NET Remoting TCP channels that allow unsafe deserialization of untrusted data. When these services are exposed to an untrusted network in a client-managed deployment, an unauthenticated attacker can achieve remote code execution. Version 2021.2.4 is no longer supported by Fiserv. Customers should upgrade to a currently supported release (2025.1 or later) and ensure that .NET Remoting service ports are not exposed beyond trusted network boundaries. This CVE documents behavior observed in a client-hosted deployment running an unsupported legacy version of Originate Loans Peripherals with .NET Remoting ports exposed to an untrusted network. This is not a default or supported configuration. Customers running legacy versions should upgrade to a currently supported release and ensure .NET Remoting ports are restricted to trusted network segments. The finding does not apply to Fiserv-hosted environments.
CVE-2026-40035 2 Dfir-unfurl, Ryandfir 2 Dfir-unfurl, Unfurl 2026-04-17 9.1 Critical
Unfurl through 2025.08 contains an improper input validation vulnerability in config parsing that enables Flask debug mode by default. The debug configuration value is read as a string and passed directly to app.run(), causing any non-empty string to evaluate truthy, allowing attackers to access the Werkzeug debugger and disclose sensitive information or achieve remote code execution.

InSAT MasterSCADA BUK-TS is susceptible to SQL Injection through its main web interface. Malicious users that use the vulnerable endpoint are potentially able to cause remote code execution.
CVE-2026-22553 1 Insat 2 Masterscada, Masterscada Buk-ts 2026-04-17 9.8 Critical
All versions of InSAT MasterSCADA BUK-TS are susceptible to OS command injection through a field in its MMadmServ web interface. Malicious users that use the vulnerable endpoint are potentially able to cause remote code execution.
CVE-2026-27598 2 Dagu, Dagu-org 2 Dagu, Dagu 2026-04-17 6.5 Medium
Dagu is a workflow engine with a built-in Web user interface. In versions up to and including 1.16.7, the `CreateNewDAG` API endpoint (`POST /api/v1/dags`) does not validate the DAG name before passing it to the file store. An authenticated user with DAG write permissions can write arbitrary YAML files anywhere on the filesystem (limited by the process permissions). Since dagu executes DAG files as shell commands, writing a malicious DAG to the DAGs directory of another instance or overwriting config files can lead to remote code execution. Commit e2ed589105d79273e4e6ac8eb31525f765bb3ce4 fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-24893 1 Openitcockpit 1 Openitcockpit 2026-04-17 8.8 High
openITCOCKPIT is an open source monitoring tool built for different monitoring engines. openITCOCKPIT Community Edition prior to version 5.5.2 contains a command injection vulnerability that allows an authenticated user with permission to add or modify hosts to execute arbitrary OS commands on the monitoring backend. The vulnerability arises because user-controlled host attributes (specifically the host address) are expanded into monitoring command templates without validation, escaping, or quoting. These templates are later executed by the monitoring engine (Nagios/Icinga) via a shell, resulting in remote code execution. Version 5.5.2 patches the issue.
CVE-2026-30804 1 Pandora Fms 1 Pandora Fms 2026-04-17 N/A
Unrestricted Upload of File with Dangerous Type vulnerability allows Remote Code Execution via file upload. This issue affects Pandora FMS: from 777 through 800
CVE-2026-31843 1 Goodoneuz 1 Pay-uz 2026-04-17 9.8 Critical
The goodoneuz/pay-uz Laravel package (<= 2.2.24) contains a critical vulnerability in the /payment/api/editable/update endpoint that allows unauthenticated attackers to overwrite existing PHP payment hook files. The endpoint is exposed via Route::any() without authentication middleware, enabling remote access without credentials. User-controlled input is directly written into executable PHP files using file_put_contents(). These files are later executed via require() during normal payment processing workflows, resulting in remote code execution under default application behavior. The payment secret token mentioned by the vendor is unrelated to this endpoint and does not mitigate the vulnerability.
CVE-2026-33435 1 Weblate 1 Weblate 2026-04-17 8.1 High
Weblate is a web based localization tool. In versions prior to 5.17, the project backup didn't filter Git and Mercurial configuration files which could lead to remote code execution under certain circumstances. This issue has been fixed in version 5.17. If developers are unable to update immediately, they can limit the scope of the vulnerability by restricting access to the project backup, as it is only accessible to users who can create projects.
CVE-2026-35031 1 Jellyfin 1 Jellyfin 2026-04-17 10 Critical
Jellyfin is an open source self hosted media server. Versions prior to 10.11.7 contain a vulnerability chain in the subtitle upload endpoint (POST /Videos/{itemId}/Subtitles), where the Format field is not validated, allowing path traversal via the file extension and enabling arbitrary file write. This arbitrary file write can be chained into arbitrary file read via .strm files, database extraction, admin privilege escalation, and ultimately remote code execution as root via ld.so.preload. Exploitation requires an administrator account or a user that has been explicitly granted the "Upload Subtitles" permission. This issue has been fixed in version 10.11.7. If users are unable to upgrade immediately, they can grant non-administrator users Subtitle upload permissions to reduce attack surface.
CVE-2026-39387 1 Boidcms 1 Boidcms 2026-04-17 7.2 High
BoidCMS is an open-source, PHP-based flat-file CMS for building simple websites and blogs, using JSON as its database. Versions prior to 2.1.3 are vulnerable to a critical Local File Inclusion (LFI) attack via the tpl parameter, which can lead to Remote Code Execution (RCE).The application fails to sanitize the tpl (template) parameter during page creation and updates. This parameter is passed directly to a require_once() statement without path validation. An authenticated administrator can exploit this by injecting path traversal sequences (../) into the tpl value to escape the intended theme directory and include arbitrary files — specifically, files from the server's media/ directory. When combined with the file upload functionality, this becomes a full RCE chain: an attacker can first upload a file with embedded PHP code (e.g., disguised as image data), then use the path traversal vulnerability to include that file via require_once(), executing the embedded code with web server privileges. This issue has been fixed in version 2.1.3.
CVE-2026-39399 1 Nuget 1 Nugetgallery 2026-04-17 9.6 Critical
NuGet Gallery is a package repository that powers nuget.org. A security vulnerability exists in the NuGetGallery backend job’s handling of .nuspec files within NuGet packages. An attacker can supply a crafted nuspec file with malicious metadata, leading to cross package metadata injection that may result in remote code execution (RCE) and/or arbitrary blob writes due to insufficient input validation. The issue is exploitable via URI fragment injection using unsanitized package identifiers, allowing an attacker to control the resolved blob path. This enables writes to arbitrary blobs within the storage container, not limited to .nupkg files, resulting in potential tampering of existing content. This issue has been patched in commit 0e80f87628349207cdcaf55358491f8a6f1ca276.
CVE-2026-39842 1 Openremote 1 Openremote 2026-04-17 10 Critical
OpenRemote is an open-source IoT platform. Versions 1.21.0 and below contain two interrelated expression injection vulnerabilities in the rules engine that allow arbitrary code execution on the server. The JavaScript rules engine executes user-supplied scripts via Nashorn's ScriptEngine.eval() without sandboxing, class filtering, or access restrictions, and the authorization check in RulesResourceImpl only restricts Groovy rules to superusers while leaving JavaScript rules unrestricted for any user with the write:rules role. Additionally, the Groovy rules engine has a GroovyDenyAllFilter security filter that is defined but never registered, as the registration code is commented out, rendering the SandboxTransformer ineffective for superuser-created Groovy rules. A non-superuser attacker with the write:rules role can create JavaScript rulesets that execute with full JVM access, enabling remote code execution as root, arbitrary file read, environment variable theft including database credentials, and complete multi-tenant isolation bypass to access data across all realms. This issue has been fixed in version 1.22.0.
CVE-2026-41113 1 Sagredo 1 Qmail 2026-04-17 8.1 High
sagredo qmail before 2026.04.07 allows tls_quit remote code execution because of popen in notlshosts_auto in qmail-remote.c.
CVE-2026-30993 1 Slah Cms 1 Slah Cms 2026-04-17 9.8 Critical
Slah CMS v1.5.0 and below was discovered to contain a remote code execution (RCE) vulnerability in the session() function at config.php. This vulnerability is exploitable via a crafted input.
